diwi11 Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering an account on diwi11, accessing any part of the platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms form the complete agreement between you and diwi11 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede any previous discussions, representations, or agreements. diwi11 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use diwi11 you must be at least 18 years of age. Players who are found to be under 18 at any point will have their account suspended, balances forfeited, and any winnings voided. diwi11 treats underage access as a serious matter and takes active steps to prevent it.

You may hold only one account on diwi11. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's details, or fictitious information — is a breach of these Terms. diwi11 may use identity verification checks to confirm account uniqueness. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved may be closed and any positive balances may be voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or contact information — is a serious breach. diwi11 may request supporting documents to verify your identity, address, or payment method at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

diwi11 processes all transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit is PKR 200. There are no processing fees applied by diwi11 on standard deposits using supported methods.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your diwi11 balance in real time once the mobile transfer is confirmed. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. diwi11 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person, or funded through proceeds of illegal activity, are prohibited. diwi11 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. diwi11 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times depend on the method selected and any pending verification requirements.

diwi11 may place a withdrawal on hold if identity verification has not been completed, if the account shows unusual activity, or if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met. Where a hold is applied, you will be informed of the reason and the steps required to resolve it. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal limits applied until verification is complete.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. If your deposit method is no longer available (for example, a JazzCash number that has been deactivated), you will need to provide an alternative verified account. diwi11 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before releasing funds above certain thresholds.

5. Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Tests, and ICC tournaments), football, esports, and other sporting events as listed on the platform. Pre-match and in-play markets are both available. The minimum bet across all sports is PKR 50.

All bets are accepted subject to market availability and the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In-play market odds update continuously during live events — it is your responsibility to review and confirm odds before submitting a bet slip.

diwi11 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• An event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond the rescheduling window
• A bet was placed on a market that was offered in error (incorrect odds, wrong team listed)
• Evidence of match fixing, spot fixing, or any manipulation of the event
• Technical failure that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed
• Where settlement would require information that is not independently verifiable

PSL match results are settled based on the official DLS score where rain interrupts play. For T20 internationals and other cricket formats, diwi11 follows standard ICC rules for match completion and result confirmation. Dispute resolution for specific match outcomes follows the process described in Section 9.

6. Casino and Slot Games

The Live Casino and Slot Games sections operate using software and games sourced from established providers. All games are subject to return-to-player (RTP) percentages as specified by the respective providers. diwi11 does not alter the RTP of any game. Outcomes in slots are determined by certified random number generators (RNG).

In the Live Casino section, the outcome of games is determined by live dealers using real equipment (cards, roulette wheels) and streamed in real time. diwi11 is not responsible for stream interruptions caused by your internet connection. If a game session is interrupted due to a platform- side issue, any unresolved bets will be settled according to the state of play at the point of disconnection, or voided if the result cannot be determined.

The minimum bet in Live Casino games varies by table. Slot game minimum bets start from PKR 10 per spin depending on the title. Jackpot slots carry their own specific rules which are displayed within the game interface. Players are advised to review individual game rules before placing bets.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

diwi11 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry periods — which are published alongside the offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• One bonus per player — unless explicitly stated that multiple bonuses may run concurrently
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported and will be removed from the account
• diwi11 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or adjust its terms at any time
• Attempting to abuse bonus structures — including through pattern betting or exploiting promotional terms — may result in bonus forfeiture

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Activity

diwi11 operates under a strict fair play policy. The following activities are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that interacts with the platform without human input
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing errors between markets
• Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports markets
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to open or operate an account
• Attempting to access the platform through a proxy, VPN, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Any activity that diwi11 reasonably believes is designed to defraud the platform or other players

diwi11 uses monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and suspicious account activity. Where suspicious activity is identified, the relevant account will be flagged for review and may be suspended pending investigation. diwi11's decisions in fair play matters are final.

9. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute related to your account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other platform matter, you should contact diwi11 support as a first step. Provide your account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting information. diwi11 aims to acknowledge all complaints promptly and to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

For bet settlement disputes — for example, where you believe a sports market was settled incorrectly — you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. diwi11's decision following a full review of the available match data and provider information is final.

10. Privacy and Data

diwi11 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and platform improvement purposes. diwi11 does not sell personal data to third parties.

11. Responsible Gaming

diwi11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All players are encouraged to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set clear personal limits on time and money spent. The platform is for adults aged 18 and over only.

Practical steps you can take to keep gaming enjoyable:

• Decide on a session budget before you start and stick to it regardless of results
• Set a time limit for each gaming session and take regular breaks
• Never chase losses — a losing session is a cost of entertainment, not a debt to recover
• Do not play under the influence of alcohol or when you are emotionally stressed
• If you feel your gaming is becoming compulsive, take a voluntary break from the platform

12. Limitation of Liability

diwi11 is provided on an "as is" basis. While the platform makes every effort to maintain service availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond diwi11's control may result in temporary unavailability. diwi11 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime.

diwi11 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. diwi11's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

13. Changes to Terms

diwi11 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
